The Wedding Buddy offers a tailored service to ensure that your dog is part of your special day, in your chosen way
The Wedding Buddy Package
From £250.00
The Wedding Buddy Package includes an array of services which can be tailored to suit you and your dog(s) needs, to give you the pawfect day that you’ve been dreaming of.
The Wedding Buddy Package includes:
1. No Obligation Consultation
A free initial consultation, via whatsapp video call to discuss your requirements.
This will last around 30 mins and will be a great opportunity to get to know your pet, you and your story. This will be the time to create a plan for the day, personalise your event and discuss the best way for your pet to feature in your big day. It may be that you want to surprise your guests so we can make a surprise entrance or have them bring the rings down the aisle. We can also go through any worries or concerns you may have.
Once we have discussed all of the details, a quote will be sent to you and if you decide to go ahead, a deposit will be taken to secure the date.
2. Pre-Wedding Care
On hand contact and communication on the run up to your wedding day to talk through any worries or concerns you may have.
A pre-wedding meeting 6-8 weeks before your big day, to confirm all arrangements and those finer details. This ensures everything runs to absolute perfection on the day.
3. Transport & Wedding Day Prep
Collect your pet from your home or an agreed location before the wedding
A walk before the event to settle pre-wedding nerves or burn some excited energy
We will make sure they look and smell lovely and be ‘photo ready’
If requested, we will dress them in the attire you have chosen.

4. Chaperone Duties
We will chaperone your pet and support them with any specific duties you have requested. This could include your dog meeting and greeting your guests, your dog walking down the aisle, or your dog being a ring bearer – it’s entirely up to you.
We are very flexible and adaptable which is important if on the day your pet is over excited or anxious and not able to continue with the chosen role.
We will assist the wedding photographer and support them in getting the best shots.
We will supervise and attend to all comfort needs of your dog during the event.

We also offer a pet sitting service until later that evening in your home, a family members home or accommodation, at an additional cost.
Please note. At this time we don’t offer overnight care or boarding in our own home.
Additional Services & Extras
Our Service is tailored to you and your dog(s). If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, please feel free to get in touch with us – we will be more than happy to help.
Travel
We are based in East Yorkshire (HU17). The first 30 miles are inclusive of our chaperone package. Any additional mileage and also travel time will be charged in addition to your package price.
Additional Dogs
Adding an additional dog from the same family will incur a cost of £50.00. For more than 2 dogs please enquire.
Additional Time
Duration of package can be extended if required, at an additional cost per hour. This can include pet sitting in your home, a family member’s home or wedding accommodation.
Additional Pre-wedding Care
If you require a face to face ‘get to know you’ sessions or walks with your dog(s) this can be organised at an additional cost.
